The College of Science team achieved a deserved victory over its counterpart the College of Information Engineering team in the competitions of Al-Nahrain University five-a-side football championship, where the match ended with a score of five goals to one goal in favor of science.
The match witnessed a distinguished performance from the players of the College of Science team, who controlled the course of the match from the first minutes, and succeeded in scoring a number of decisive goals that gave them a ticket to the semi-finals. The Faculty of Science team is scheduled to face its counterpart the Faculty of Political Science team in the semi-finals next Tuesday, in an anticipated confrontation through which the team seeks to continue its victories and qualify for the final match.
