    Lecturer . Dr. Ghufran Mohammad Jassam was chosen to evaluate a number of research papers in the field of physics in the Journal of Optics, which is affiliated with the international publishing house Springer Nature, which was established.

    She obtained teaching A.M.D. Sahar Samir Muhammad from the Department of Chemistry in the College of Science at Al-Nahrain University won first place in the Young Researcher Award in Pure Science presented by the Ministry of Higher Education.

  • A joint patent between the Department of Physics at Al-Nahrain University and the Department of Physics at the University of Baghdad

  A joint research team from the Universities of Baghdad and Al-Nahrain University obtained a patent for being able to manufacture a D-shaped chemical plastic fiber optic sensor.

• The College of Science endeavors to establish a robust cultural and educational milieu conducive to student growth and enhanced participation within the university community. Led by the College Dean, Prof. Dr. Asmaa Hadi Mohammed, along with a cadre of professors, the Deanship of the College of Science convened with student representative Mustafa Abdel Karim Hassan Abbas. The objective was to pinpoint the most pressing issues confronting students, while also entertaining proposals aimed at enhancing and elevating student standards, to be subsequently presented to the Deanship Council of the College of Science.
